Payments and Billing * Users agree to pay all applicable subscription and usage fees on time. * Failure to complete payments may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of services. * All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. --- ### 4. Data Protection * Users must obtain explicit consent from end-users before sending WhatsApp messages via ChatFlow. * Users are responsible for complying with all applicable data protection and privacy regulations. * Misuse of personal data or violation of privacy laws may lead to account termination. --- ### 5. Compliance with Meta Policies * Users must strictly follow all WhatsApp Business API guidelines issued by Meta. * Any violation may result in restriction, suspension, or permanent disabling of WhatsApp services. * PrasadsCo is not responsible for actions taken by Meta due to user non-compliance.
